Thank you for this informative article!! I definitely agree that Salonpas is very easy to apply but I dislike that it can only be on flat surfaces. The areas of my back in which I experience the most pain are not completely flat, so I’ve had more luck personally using Absorbine Jr patches for those areas. They’re large enough that I just have to use one for the affected area and I can use them on areas of my back that bend and it still stays in place, for 8 hours!! Definitely a patch I’d put in my top 5. Your reviews on the others were super helpful though thank you!
